What’s on the Agenda?

We will meet on Zoom the first and third Monday of each month from 7:00pm to 8:30pm ET. 

First Monday: In Community

Remember how it felt to be IN community? The safety and sharing? 

That’s what we will do on the 1st Monday. 

I will bring a topic, share some inspiring readings, lead a short meditation, and then chat up about all the parts and how to maintain Self-Leadership. 

In the community, the most important component is that we all have similar parts, we share a common humanity, you are not alone!

Third Monday: Experiential
This session will be more hands-on! 
We will dive into activities like parts, mapping, and journaling. You can submit questions or concerns before the meeting so I can address at the beginning (i.e. Now that I notice my worry part in the evening, what can I do to be more self-led and less worry-led?) or after the exercise is complete. 
It’s all about learning and growing together!
Membership Details:
$60 per month!

No long-term commitments - pay as you go and bail whenever you need to. Trust me, I think you will want to stick around for this vibrant, vulnerable community!
