Overview:
Join us on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 9:30am ET for a day of self-discovery and empowerment.
This intimate retreat is a safe space for 15 women to explore the depths of their emotions and embrace the darkness within themselves.
Throughout the day, you'll participate in art-focused activities, guided Parts Work reflections, and group discussions focused on self-reflection, healing, and growth. Kerry Martinez from SoulRattle will be joining us to facilitate gentle movement/sound immersion. Connect with like-minded women and learn to embrace all aspects of yourself, even the ones you may have been afraid to confront.
Come with an open heart and a willingness to dive deep. This retreat is a unique opportunity to embrace your shadows and emerge stronger and more empowered than ever before.
This retreat will take place at a private residence in Bel Air, Maryland from 9:30am to 3:30pm ET. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees.
